All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and external factors such as courier delays or logistical issues beyond our control. We partner with third-party courier services to fulfill deliveries; however, New Jersey Traders LLC shall not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by these carriers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order. Any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept delivery will not be the responsibility of New Jersey Traders LLC. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. In certain cases, we may offer free shipping promotions, which are subject to specific terms and conditions. For international orders, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. Ownership and risk of loss pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the product. We will make reasonable efforts to support you in resolving the issue.

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction; however, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7–14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Certain items, including clearance products, customized items, or products marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for return or refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Upon receiving the returned item, we will conduct an inspection to verify its condition. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, depending on your payment provider. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing components. Refunds will not be issued for delays in shipping caused by external factors beyond our control.
